Library for Geofencing

Is there any library i can use to find current location. I have tried LocationManager but it seems to be affected by weather and a number of things. Is there anything else i can use? Does Comma work?

I'm not familiar with Comma, we map the location to the native location API's so it would be affected just as the device would be by the weather.
Assuming you are referring to Android devices you should probably include the google play services to improve location behavior We elaborated about this here: http://www.codenameone.com/blog/easy-demos-flip-more.html

Currently we don't have any geofencing API but I'm sure adding it should be trivial via native interfaces http://www.codenameone.com/how-do-i---access-native-device-functionality-invoke-native-interfaces.html
