Hello
             I want to send SMS from codename one simulator to mobile phone , how can i do that ?

SMS only works through the wireless networks, not TCP/IP.  The best you can do is through an SMS gateway.

Try http://www.twilio.com/sms
They have a webservice API although I haven't tried it with Codename One it looks simple enough.
