How can i set (or configure) android minSDK and target sdk version in codenameone.settings.properties to autorize my application to run in all platform ?

Hi,

it's already configured to the lowest setting possible with google play. If you want to target old devices that Google play no longer supports you can disable Google Play Services by setting one of the services to false. Then the min sdk hint will let you target version 2.x.
