We had a deployment issue with one of our microservice images where the service was misconfigured and didn't restart on crash. This caused a chain reaction of cascading failures. We restarted the applicable machines and configured the images correctly this time. Unfortunately this happens at a bad time in terms of timezone/holiday where no one could fix it for a few hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
