Unable to properly create a new project in Eclipse

The tutorials and developers guide show Create new Codename One project, followed by a dialogue box with entries for Application name and package.  I'm only getting project name, and when you enter it, it still leaves the build manifest with a com.customer1. package name (or something like it).    Since "m just starting with Codename one, I'm not entirely sure how to make everything right... (or why I'm not getting the dialogue box in the tutorials...

Did you pick other from the file menu?
Did you press the next button in the new project wizard or the finish button?
