how can you get an invoice for your subscription. Is this possible from your account?

Hi,
this isn't possible from the account. Paypal sends a receipt which is enough for most tax needs (we aren't in the EU so you won't get any tax credits anyway).
If you need an official invoice we can issue one on a case by case basis, just email support.
