I see this at the end of my Taurus output when BZT is run within a docker container.

17:30:15 WARNING: Please wait for graceful shutdown...
17:30:15 INFO: Shutting down...
17:30:15 INFO: Post-processing...
17:30:15 WARNING: Can't open link in browser: could not locate runnable browser
17:30:16 INFO: Test duration: 0:11:09

Does this mean that the Docker container   blazemeter/taurus doesn't have firefox or chrome installed within it?   If firefox were installed in that container, then wouldn't Firefox be able to open via x-display on my local machine?   I know I had this working at one time in the past , but is not working now.

  OR

Does this mean my X-display is not properly set?   When I run taurus,  my local console that executed the Docker container, displays all the full color text output and so I suspect my X-display is correctly set?

Thanks,
Jon

Hi,

It only means it can't access your desktop browser to pop up window with report for you. This does not affect test running, it's just nice feature to open report for you, when possible. Inside Docker, there's no display to open it.

You can ignore this message.

Hey Andrey,

I had it working at one time and so I'm pretty sure a remote display is possible from the taurus Docker image, even if I can't get it working today.  I think that all it takes is a x-display config sorta like this (on a Mac) :

ip=$(ifconfig en0 | grep inet | awk '$1=="inet" {print $2}')
xhost
+ $ip
xhost
+
docker run
-it --rm -e DISPLAY=$ip:0 -v ~/.bzt-rc:/root/.bzt-rc -v $PWD:/bzt-configs -v $PWD/artifacts:/tmp/artifacts blazemeter/taurus taurus.yml -v

...
10.26.214.23 being added to access control list
access control disabled
, clients can connect from any host

I give this info, hoping someone could verify my question?
-Jon
