It is currently not supported for Nose executor. But I think we'll implement it in the upcoming version.
If you have urgent need, you can take generated Python script and
enhance it to iterate over CSV, using Python code.

If you're not capable of programming in Python, you'll have to wait until we implement it on YAML level.
Track the tool releases and look into changelog for the update.
