Important update for Windows users

Hi everyone,

Wanted to let you know that we've just release Taurus version 0.2.16 which contains important update for Windows users: now they can see colorful and well-arranged dashboard just like MacOS and Linux users do.

It runs test now but it would not start chart screen!

Hi sam!
If you are using Taurus from virtualenv in windows, please try to issue this command first: set "TCL_LIBRARY=C:\Python27\tcl\tcl8.5".

This is the error I receive when I submit the command:  c:\Python27\Scripts>bzt c:\apache-jmeter-2.13\bin\DB2_select.jmx
