Hi Team,

We did a higher users execution through Taurus for the Jmeter Script with more number of transactions. However the blazemeter report did not show the metrics for the complete run duration.

As a work around, we tried uploading the same .jtl file to the Jmeter aggregate report and we were able to get the complete duration metrics. Tried uploading the same file manually in blazemeter but even that gave us incorrect values.

Please let us know if there is any configuration change that can be done to capture the entire duration metrics.

Thanks.

As per BlazeMeter Pricing the maximum test duration for anonymous users / free tier is 20 minutes so if your test lasts longer you will have to go for a higher plan.

If you're already a BlazeMeter customer - use your token as per BlazeMeter Reporting Service - Personalized Usage user manual chapter and the maximum test duration should be adjusted according to your pricing plan.

Hi,

Thanks for the inputs. We are already a blazemeter customer and we have the pro license procured and are able to test 5000 concurrent users load testing. Should we revalidate somewhere to understand what is the maximum duration that can be tested with the 5000 concurrent users using the license we have ? Is there any option to get this checked from the config files?

Thanks,

The aforementioned pricing page says that for the "Pro" license maximum test duration is 5 hours, if your test lasts less and it's still cut I believe you should reach out to BlazeMeter Support
