I am getting below error in Jmeter out logs when i am running my job on jenkins through blazemeter.
Jmeter is setup with Backend Listener to write a Dummy Sampler test results to influxDB
Tested with both 1.9.1 and 1.9.2 version of Taurus.

The JVM should have exitted but did not.
The following non-daemon threads are still running (DestroyJavaVM is OK):

Hi,

Does this happen when you try to run it without taurus with only JMeter?

Nope Andrey this does not happen without Taurus and that made me think to report it here.

I think this is due to way Taurus closes JMeter. I think this message is harmless. YOu can just ignore it.
