Hi

I would like to download Taurus  JMeter and all required plugins package to install on a machine which is not connected to internet. Please confirm how to achieve this as there is no download instruction for such installation on taurus website ?

so I think I need to first 1) download taurus latest package with all it's dependency (python, java etc) - not sure how as there is no such instruction on taurus website  2) download latest jmeter 3) download all required jmeter plugins

Suggestion ?

Regards

You're absolutely right, if you're looking for exact instructions you need to let us know what operating system and other software is available on your machine and on the one where you want to install Taurus.

The easiest would be going for Docker, you could prepare the image on the machine having the Internet access and then save the image on that machine, transfer it somehow to the machine without the Internet and load it there.

Otherwise:
  1. Install Python
  2. Install Taurus via pip
  3. Install JDK
  4. Install JMeter
  5. Install JMeter Plugins Manager
  6. Install all needed plugins using the Plugins Manager
  7. Copy everything to the machine which doesn't have Internet
  8. Perform configuration, i.e. make sure that bzt and java binaries are in the PATH and JMeter is either in default location or you specify the location via modules.jmeter.path
