CodeMirror release 4.5.0

Hi all,

This month's CodeMirror release is out. It fixes some rather nasty bugs that ended up in 4.4 (mostly that it cut off horizontally scrolling lines in some cases). Also:

* There's a new mode: Slim

* A new command: goLineLeftSmart

* And more fixes and extensions to visual block mode in the Vim bindings
