Opportunity to merge CodeMeta terms into Schema.org

Dear PMC team,
one of the maintainers of Schema.org has reached out to us: https://github.com/codemeta/codemeta/discussions/453

This sounds like a good opportunity to make v3.1 part of Schema.org! 
Plus, the best part is that it does not reduce the need for CodeMeta, we simply need to make sure we update the terms in v4 while we discuss the new properties we want to introduce.

Please do share your thoughts in the discussion above.
