[codemeta-pmc] Support letter for NITRC

I have received a request to give a support letter for the activity of the NITRC: Neuroimaging Informatics Tools and Resources Collaboratory (NITRC) Resources Registry, Image Repository and Computational Environment.  The letter will be addressed to David N. Kennedy, Ph.D.

Please let me know before Monday September 25th at 10h CEST if you have any objections, otherwise I will provide the support letter as CodeMeta PMC chair.
