There's a game room every night that opens as soon as the sessions end.  I think it's likely you'll find plenty of people interested in a game of chess. :)

I am always interested in a good game of Chess. Tigris & Euphrates is similar in tactics and strategy (often called "The Chess of modern gaming") which I could bring along if you are interested.

I'm an avid (albeit poor) chess player and would love to play a game or three. I'll bring my travel set. Philip could you bring Tigris & Euphrates? I'd love to learn. BTW does anybody know how to play Xiangqi, also known as Chinese chess? A friend brought me a set from China, it looks really interesting, will bring that along too.
