I just wanted to give a general thank you to the planners and the cooks at Kalahari.  The options were FANTASTIC and the food was DELICIOUS!!!  Every meal had sufficient options for us vegetarians.  Great job on the selections!!  Thank you :-)

Yay!

The only weird one was the time "low-sodium vegetarian" lunch consisted
of a boca burger on a roll with an olive and pickle. What?

But other than that, the vegetarian and low-sodium food was outstanding.
Good job!

I've passed on your praise (and feedback!) to the folks at the Kalahari.
They do a tremendous job on food, and they really do care about getting
people great, not just OK, options.

I 100% agree as a first time codemasher the food exceeded my expectations.

I'm glad others had a positive experience.

The cabana experience and food service provided by Kalahari was absolutely HORRIBLE.  Everything was ice cold, not serveable, and the chef was not on site to remake anything.  Still working to get that expense refunded.  And, given the mess with the food, and the mess therefore in our cabana, that was a terrible experience and not worth the $$ to sponsor

I think the food was great, except for breakfast.  The scrambled eggs and eggs benedict were always cold.

As for everything else, job well done for both the Kalahari and the CodeMash staff !

Unfortunately, scrambled eggs have a very low R-value; they conduct heat very well. Even if they are served hot, by time you get the rest of your food (like the yummy bacon-wrapped potatoes), your drink, and carry them to your table on a room-temperature plate, they will be cold.

Oh snap! That's really disappointing.
