Did they quote King Lodge suite rates?

Thanks,

I also would like to know if they are including the Lodge (King) in the discount rates this year.  It's one I usually took advantage of, especially for the Friday-Saturday night.

When I called they quoted me $122 per night for the Lodge.  I didn't ask what the Friday/Saturday rate was.

How can you book without having purchased a badge? Is there a discount code?

You have to call and ask for the CodeMash rate. We're not hooked into
their online booking system.

Just called Kalahari, and the CodeMash rate is AWESOME!!! compared to the public non CodeMash rate.

One room you do not have listed is the Lodge,

I got mine for the family at the same rate Paraj did @ 122 a night T/W/Th and 172 a night F/Sa

Without the CodeMash Rate the Lodge is 209 T/W/Th, 239 F, and 289 Saturday. WOW

Thanks Jim, Diane and Co for securing such a great rate and putting on such an awesome event!

it would be great if there were a way to waive the cancellation fee till a day or two after registration just in case we don't get a ticket? Right now, it's a $25 cancellation fee.

I believe there isn't a fee for transferring. The rooms sell out
pretty quickly, as well, so you can transfer to someone who gets a
ticket.

Yeah, that's a little nuts. Perhaps the organizers of CodeMash could persuade the hotel to do so, hint hint.

If I can't get a ticket, can I still keep the room?

Unless you're getting a huge room there will be plenty of people willing to take your room.  Down the street are several hotels which are not too far of a drive.  I stayed at one of those last year.

FYI: the Lodge room rate for Friday and Saturday night is $172.00 / night.  I got the same $122.00 / night quote as everyone else for the days during the conference.

Jim, we registered as a gold sponsor. How many tickets do we get and do we get earlybird ticket access to buy additional that we need?

Sponsorship-related questions are best asked on the sponsorship forum (this is the general conference forum for attendees).  You will find details for how to join that group in your sponsorship order confirmation.
