Question about tables and on-hover animations

Im preparing a new codelab this time and I have two questions that maybe you might know about ....

Do you know how can I create a table component ? 

Do you know if there exist a on-hover animation component ? If not, do you know if  I can insert traditional html code easy that include this feature?

"On-hover animation component?"

I don't think so. Think along the lines of "can it work in markdown or google docs? Else no"

Hi everyone! Seconding this request! -- Is there an ability to make a table component? Perhaps using this Markdown convention?
