"About this codelab" and "codelab description"

Howdy,
I'm trying to add "About this codelab" and "codelab description" for my codelabs, but when I'm checking the results locally, is showing nothing (see screenshot). I've tried to use method from https://groups.google.com/g/codelab-authors/c/of89M-nKCUo/m/jBOODZjsCwAJ but without success.
PS: Are we able to spent some time and improve formatting guide, to include all common possible codelabs features ? OR we should store somewhere MD files templates for general use.?
