Update Command

I can't seem to update my codelabs in their existing directory. Initial setup:

tutorials

|--extract

|----index.html

|----codelab.json

|--|--images

The source for the initial export is a google doc, not a local md file.

When I run:
  claat update
 - or -

  claat update -o extract

the updated files end up in the parent directory.
