claat-public storage bucket no longer?

I run a codelab site that uses claat to export labs.  It relies on the codelab-elements.css stylesheet that used to reside in the claat-public storage bucket which seems to no longer be accessible.  Is this temporary or should I be looking for a workaround?  Does anyone already have a workaround?
