What you'll learn element not working as expected

Around the time the formatting for the positive and negative blocks stopped working as expected, I lost the green checkmarks under all of my What you'll learn headers.  Not only do the green check marks not display, but the bullets don't show up either.  

Is anyone else still having this issue?

To be clear, the positive and negative blocks are visible again once I started using > aside.
