Issue reporting on "codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net" not possible since it "has reached its license limit"

Dear all,

I just wanted to report an issue on "codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net" but this is not possible since "codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net has reached its license limit". Here is what I do and get:

When I am clicking on the log-in button/link on https://codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net/secure/Dashboard.jspa

then I reach the page https://codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net/login?application=jira&dest-url=https%3A%2F%2Fcodehaus-cargo.atlassian.net%2Fsecure%2FDashboard.jspa which says

Welcome to codehaus-cargo

codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net has approved your email domain (gmail.com) so you can join Jira right away.

Join on codehaus-cargo

You can switch between sites and products anytime with the Atlassian switcher in Jira.

Note, it may take a few moments for our systems to update.

If I now click on the button/link "Join on codehaus-cargo" then I get to the page https://id.atlassian.com/join/licence-exceeded?_csrf=...&tenant-url=https%3A%2F%2Fcodehaus-cargo.atlassian.net&application=jira&tenant-id=... which says

You don't have access to codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net

Your email address ...@gmail.com doesn't have access because codehaus-cargo.atlassian.net has reached its license limit.

Hi Holger

Wow - The Confluence part of the license did reach 100 users!

I removed it from the defaults now, can you try again?
