[ANNOUNCEMENT] CFF Mailing List Rules

Hi All,

 

The Code For Freedom  mailing list on google group is meant to discuss issues related to Open Source projects and technical queries. Please use the group for such purposes only. Some discussions related to certificate etc is going on. The administrators are aware of such discussions but did not intervene with the  ideology that free exchange of thought should be allowed. But when the free exchange starts troubling a wider lot, its best to stop it.

 

Self discipline is the best thing. I do not want to intervene, but if this goes on, I will have to moderate messages if i hear more complains. Though I have no such wish to do so. This is your group, keep it a nice clean place to exchange ideas.

 

Please note

 

1. If you have any technical / programing / Open Source queries, mail the group.

2. Queries related to CFF certificate, judgement etc should be sent to codefor...@sun.com.

3. Mails sent to individual Sun Employees (organizers/evaluators) will not be entertained.

4. Mails asking for things which we have already replied before will not be entertained.

5. Please read the CFF Rules at http://in.sun.com/communities/univ/codeforfreedom/rules.jsp

before sending a mail. Read the FAQ section also.
