Hi All,

Happy Frigid Thursday!

The current schedule for the Tech Chats is below.  Please review where I have placed you and let me know asap if you disagree.  We could use one more site coordinator for the Braddock location: Site Coordinators are responsible for keeping time, greeting organizations and signing them in (handing out numbers), and prepping them to speak to the panelists while they wait. 

After the first Tech Chat, I will send out a recap with any lessons learned to help inform subsequent sessions. 

Advertising:  Ellen is sending out to a list of 200 nonprofit contacts, Deb is going to send to The Forbes Funds list of 2,000 nonprofits, I have pinged Cindy at the Bayer Center, and we are leveraging the Office of Community Affairs to spread the word, as well.  Please continue to look for avenues to advertise and promote. - Josh, finish intro presentation slides by Monday and share with group

- Sara, reach out to New Sun Rising about promoting events (done), reach out to Gisele Fetterman to promote Braddock event
- Ellen, reach out to Office of Community Affairs to promote events,  create sign in sheets, create tent cards for panelists, create form for panelists to write notes, send out flyer and email to nonprofit list, create questionnaire for nonprofits that show up and haven't registered. 

I will send an update next week with the final assignments.

I apologize for not noticing this in the schedule before, but the Downtown & Business library closes at 6:00 pm - which means that the session on January 22nd is actually booked for 4:30 - 6:00. (The flier will need to change as well.)


Otherwise, this all sounds great.
