Brilliant idea!

Hi all!

My name is Linus G Thiel and I am half of the Swedish tech startup
Hansson & Larsson. We are starting out just now, and one of our main
objectives is to provide software development work to people in Ghana
and Brazil, where we have good contacts (family and friends). Our idea
is very similar to this one, with the goal to maximize the amount of
money that flows to developers in these countries, and not funnel any
profits back to Sweden but instead make sure that it is re-invested
locally.

We have a number of ideas on how to accomplish this, ranging from
providing interested parties with access to open source software, to
development on free/open software and regular consultancy work.
