Issue 8: Create a component providing RSS feeds of shows from file system

New issue report by gorbiz:
The component should upon request check a download folder for all items
matching the requested show and return an RSS feed containing links to them.

You would get an RSS with all available episodes of a show like this:
http://example.com/torrentmediatools/getRss.php?show=some+show

This would for instance be useful if you want to watch shows in Miro.

The component may also include the option to extract compressed shows.
