New issue 24 by surenspost: Unit Testing support for Codechecker
http://code.google.com/p/codechecker/issues/detail?id=24

Currently there is no way of knowing any commits we make will break the
entire system. It becomes
important that we unittest each of our builds and then push only those
stable builds back to the
server.

We should atleast have basic unit testing modules like checking if a
problem is compiling once
submitted, testcases and sets getting executed and so on.
