Unable to build and Run Scala project

Hi , 

I am trying to run code brag on local machine , I have run the Ui part of the code brag successfully.

However while trying to compile and run the Scala code with sbt i am getting confused where to run sbt . 

I tried to run sbt in project folder but it is not getting complied . Also if i try run sbt it is also not geeting 

Can anyone help me out this
