CODE BLUEの参加登録などで利用するPeatix社は、11月17日、第三者による不正アクセスを受け、顧客の個人情報が漏えいしたと発表しました。

安全を期すために、すべてのパスワードのリセット・再設定が案内されています。本件専用のカスタマーサポートも開設されています。

ここに皆さまにお知らせするとともに、過去に参加登録した方は、Peatixの案内にしたがい、パスワードの変更をお願いいたします。また、Peatixと同じパスワードを利用するその他のサービスのパスワードもご変更いただくことをお勧めします。

Dear all,

Today, Peatix / Peatix Japan an online service, which was used for attendee registration for CODE BLUE, announced on November 17 that they had an unauthorized access incident and that some customer data (Name, email address and hashed passwords and others) was leaked to the outside by a third party. No credit card data or other financial data , event registration history, survey data, phone numbers where leaked.

Given this incident they have taken measures of resetting all passwords. If you use the same password for other online services you should take precautions and change those passwords too.

We would like to inform you that if you have registered for participation in the past, please follow the instructions by Peatix and change your password.
