Responsibilities  

1) Lead the WGS Automation Regression team

2) Estimation & Creating automation plan for regression building/maintenance & execution

3) Track the progress of regression activities against the automation plan

4) Support in WGS regression scripts building & maintenance in RFT

5) Support in regression scripts execution in RFT

6) Test Results analysis & de-bugging root causes

7) Collaborate with SIT team to understand functionality of regression scripts

8) Regression Status report to stakeholders

9) Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives for regression automation

10) Ability to work in JAVA based RFT framework and migrate test scripts to new automation frameworks

 

Skills:

 • 3 - 5 yrs core experience in IBM RFT

• Good knowledge & experience in enhancing RFT – JAVA based frameworks (3 tier)

• Experience in automating Mainframe applications

• Good experience in Regression test automation

• Health care experience (Membership enrollment & claims)

• Very good communication skills
