Best resources to find a coding job in HK

Hi everybody,

First sorry if this isn't the right place to ask this question

But as most of you guys have my profile I'm trying my chance.

I'm currently in Shanghai and I would like to come to work in HK (tired of the great firewall and the VPN and because HK is awesome)

Where do most of you guys go when you are seeking for a new job or employee ?

I am a full stack web developer with around 10 years of experience (mostly php for the backend part)

Thats a good question Jonathan.
The HK tech community is very small, so it's easy to go to a few networking events and meet most of the people who might be worth working with.

But if you're in Shanghai, and can't make it for CodeConf next weekend (hongkong.codeconf.io) then I'd suggest:

1. Join the Codeaholics slack (slack.codeaholics.io)
2. Take a look at whub's jobs board (www.whub.hk/jobs)
