Are there instructions for teams that will not be attending the DC
event, but nevertheless want to participate remotely? What is the
deadline to submit a project?

Boris -

Thank you for asking about remote participation! Unfortunately, we're not equipped to live broadcast the event to allow for remote participation at this time. However, we do encourage remote participation and discussion. If you do hold a remote event, please do share the results of your event on this Google group.

At this time, there is no deadline to submit a project. We are hopeful that this event represents a beginning - the start of a round of collaboration between technologists and livability stakeholders.

Hope that helps!

Dan,

I had a conference call just now with four Cornellians interested in
participating, and we talked about some preliminaries and where we
want to go with this. We will have a day-long session at Cornell on
Sunday, with some brainstorming between now and Sunday morning. Even
though we won't be directly connected to the event in DC, we are
looking for, perhaps, an agency contact or other method to make it
more "real" and enhance the discussion. Other groups are welcome to
contact us, too!

Boris.
