Bike Sharing Data Available

Recently, Washington DC's bike sharing program (Capital BikeShare)
released anonymized trip data. You can read more about this data set
here:

The release of data caught the attention of a local blog, and people
are already creating some interesting visualizations:

What data sets would be useful to "mash up" with this kind of data?
- Would it be useful to understand the demographics of riders by
comparing to Census data?
- Could we compare usage against historical weather data and confirm/
debunk myths?
- Can we begin to determine the "bike shed" around employment
centers and other amenities?

What other useful comparisons are there? What data could the Federal
government bring to the table to help enable those kinds of
comparisons?
