National Day of Civic Hacking and Open Data Census

Hey everyone,

We are working on the National Day of Civic Hacking  planning that is going to occur on May 31st-June 1st.  We have secured a location and are working on sponsors and logistics.  If anyone is interested in helping, please let us know and we'll be happy to bring you up to speed.

That said we're going to be working on filling out this graph for Las Vegas:

We scored fairly low, so we're going to work on getting scrapers to populate this data on a datahub.io account so that we can have a plethora of data sets for people to hack on for National Day of Civic Hacking.  We'll register the scrapers on the github account for CfA so anyone that is interested in using them can.  If you are interested, we have hack nights every other week on Wednesday nights (Soon to be Thursdays) and you can see our schedule on the Meetup.com group here:
