Getting Started with the SF Brigade

Hey Brigadeers,

I created a preliminary getting started guide here:

Please update it or discuss what else should be included on the page.

I figure we should use the Codeforsanfrancisco.org's repoistory wiki as the general organizational wiki. 

I also added a link to this discussion group to codeforsanfrancisco.org - Soon we'll get more people discussing things here.
