How to evaluate our own dataset like youtube video instance segmentation？

We have generated our own data into the youtubevis2019 format and completed the training. However，the current youtubevis2019 task is required to upload the test json results to the server to get  quantitative results. How can I get the  quantitative results of my own data locally?

The scoring program may be available inside the starting kit. Otherwise, I guess only the organizers of the challenge can help you.
