Seeking for help regarding submission process

I am trying to submit the prediction of MPDD 2025 challenge, by following all the requirements, such as making a submission.zip containing directly submission.csv but am failing all the time. Submission is uploading but after a while the status is being updated to 'Failed'. Please help.
