Good Afternoon Bill,
Hopefully after Tuesday, once the permit has been approved by our Board of Commissioners, the application will be available on our website. If for some reason there is a delay in getting it posted, please feel free to contact me at the number listed below and I can fax, mail or e-mail an application and set of rules and guidelines to you. You can also come pick one up in person. Please keep in mind our Board may recommend changes which would further delay the permit being fully in place. Hopefully this answers your questions, we look forward to hearing from you.

Good...maybe we'll actually pay these fees now...
This is great! Thanks so much for sharing this with us. Before this, I was going to risk it because the $200/day fee was way too much. The article doesn't mention how we get the permits. Anyone know off hand a webpage, phone number or office that we go to for this?
