Cocotron + Xcode 4.3 + Lion

Trying to move our development environment forward here after a successful time with Xcode3.

I've installed the latest InstallCDT and that's made the compiler settings happy in Xcode 4.3 - but I'm

not seeing Cocotron as an available SDK so things are unhappy.

Anyone have a clue on what the trick is to make that available?

Where does the SDK name "Latest The Cocotron Win32 (Unknown OS 32)" come from? It doesn't seem to be in any of the InstallCDT scripts...

The xcxdb install creates an SDK, this is only needed for xcxdb.
