code changes from issue 199 eventually adds cell.properties['color4']; xml
load-save should handle this info.

support added at r1242

Attaching two scripts and a resource to test the feature, put in the usual
test directory so other resources can be found.

Run first test_tiles_color_load.py , then test_tiles_color_load2.py

What they do and what should be see is explained in the 'description'
variable of each script, which are also printed to console.
