Revision of Metadata and best practice,  Seadatanet agreement for Metadata exchange

• Present and discuss the available commercial and open source metadata tools (ESRI ArcCatalog, GeoNetwork OpenSource, Mikado, INSPIRE metadata editor, CatMDEdit) following the outcome of the GIS meeting
  
• Analyse the best practice, de facto standard, for biodiversity, real time environmental data and bathymetric data (GBIF TAPIR, THREDDS, BAG) to ensure data interoperabilty

I think we have to specify the main differences between the commercial and open source tools for metadata and see if we can stay only on open source, because I do not expect that all

Coconet participants has ArcGIS full package available
