ArcGIS and ArcGIS Server Licences

All,
ESRI Europe is available to give us for free 10 licences of ArcGIS, ArcsSDE and
ArcGIS Server. We just need to use their logo in the COCONET website and to
make at least one presentation at the meeting highlighting the
use of ArcGIS
Please let me know who need the free licences for ArCGIS 10.00.
They need the following information:
Name, address, contact person, contact person e-mail address of the institutions which will receive the software
An
indication of what software has to go where

CONISMA - Simonetta Fraschetti and Francesco de Leo
IMS-METU – Devrim Tezcan
About ArcGIS server and ArcSDE I would like to distribute the licence to the institution in charge of implementing the Geodatabase:

We (CEAB-CSIC) already have a license of ArcGis, at least for this year... I hope this situation will continue in the next years. So, in principle, we do not need a free license.

We (Institute of Oceanography /HCMR) already have license of ArcGIS 9.3, ArcSDE and ArcGIS Server 9.2.
So we need a free license for ArcGIS, ArcSDE & ArcGIS Server 10.00

Dear All,
I need one more info for ESRI Europe regarding the ESRI Licence for COCONET
They asked me if the institution will be able to pay after the firs year the
maintenance programme to receive assistance and the software update in the
following 3 year of the project.
Please let me know if you have budget for that or not.
I will let them know.
