COCONET data model

Dear colleagues!

As it was suggested earlier the basis for the COCONET Data Model will be Marine Data Model. In our view this model is universal and can be used in our project. We consider it is necessary to discuss the types of data compliance in the MDM and the list of layers prepared at the previous workshop. It is possible that we will decied to simplefy this model. Please make you comments and suggestions.
