ReverseHTTP?

Hello all,

I'm a relative newbie in the world of HTTP protocols, but for a project I'm working on I need to respond to a reverse HTTP request (vaguely documented here http://reversehttp.net/ and the HTTP header specified here http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Reverse_HTTP)

I don't seem to see any kind of support for this in the CocoaHTTPServer code, but I might be missing something with the WebSocket support...?

I'm more than happy to add support for this in the HTTPConnection class (I presume this is where it should go...?) if it doesn't already exist, so long as someone could show me roughly where abouts it should go...
