We've been asked to quote on an app and just don't have the time to get it done to meet the client's needs.  I'm unfortunately, under the gun and need to get them a proposal tomorrow.  Here are the rough specifics I have to work off for the proposal.  Is anyone interested in bidding on the job?

Mobile App -
Steak Escape would like a mobile application that presents the user with a pair of dice that when the phone is shaken, the dice roll around and stop on a special/discount that can be presented to the cashier. 
The app should be available on iPhone and Android devices
After a specified period of time the special/discount should time out
This time out period should be configurable by Steak Escape and team
The user should be limited to the number of rolls they can make in a given time period
This limit should be configurable by Steak Escape and team
If user posts to Facebook about the app they get an extra shake and the discount is the best of the two
Apps should allow user to enter in their Facebook account info so they can 'like' or 'post' via the app directly
Specials should be configurable by Steak Escape and team without requiring re-submission of the app to Google and Apple
'One' side of apps will be replaced with Steak Escape logo and if both ones are rolled , 'snake-eyes', they user gets a free sandwich or other deal configurable by Steak Escape and Team
Target launch of app is April 1, 2011
