apple submission tips/tricks?

Does anyone know of any special 'tricks' to speed up the Apple review process?  My company creates restaurant apps and to date, we have about 17 in the store.  It typically takes about a week from upload to Apple approval for us.  I don't think it has ever been shorter than a week but at times has taken longer.  I talked to someone a few weeks back who told me "we have a good relationship with app and typically we can upload in the morning and have it approved that night".  Didn't really believe him but made me wonder if there are any tricks to speeding up the process.
