Our next meeting will feature three 20 minute presentations:

Jonathan Penn - Gesture Recognizers are Apple's answer to the problem: How do I keep all those touches straight!?!? It's all about tracking touch state over time, and UIGestureRecognizer subclasses give us a great, composable way to manage that complexity. We'll look at how a custom gesture works and how recognizers compete to decide which one "wins".

Andrew Crase -  iOS External Accessory Framework.  Andy will cover the types of connections, the relevant classes and an example App.  He'll also provide info about publicly available hardware and how to join the MFi program to get more (NDA) details.

Randy Beiter - Testing Mocks.  Randy has recently been exploring testing mocks, and is going to share what he's learned.

Remember, CocoaHeads Cleveland has moved to a new night and location. Please plan on joining your fellow CocoaHeads on the third Wednesday
of the month, June 20, 2012, at,

Oracle Auditorium
3 Summit Park Drive
Independence, OH, 44131

Parking is free.

The presentation begins at 6:00.

Please pass the word.

Sorry, Andy.  I just noticed my typo.

Everyone, Andrew Craze will be presenting, not Andrew Crase.

Can we please get some clearer instructions this time?  It's easy enough to get to the address, but that's not enough to get to the auditorium.

The Oracle Auditorium is located on the first floor of Building 3.  Unfortunately the buildings are not particularly well marked.  If I recall correctly, the labels are single digits numbers on smallish landscape rocks.  Building 3 is the one on your right as you face them.  You enter on the second floor, so take the elevators down one floor.  The auditorium Is directly opposite the elevators.

Hopes this helps

For those visually oriented, this may help.  I apologize for the ugliness of the annotations:
