Retrieving private key-value

I am able to set a key-value that has access_private to true, and this same user is trying to retrieve back that object by it's key, though the call back is giving me an error: Invalid key-value name.

what am i doing wrong? It is the same user that has set it, that wants to retrieve it.

did you pass access_private=true when retrieving?
